Major hip flexor work! Big on hip-opening, twists/IT band.

LONG hold of yoga squat with twists added.

Great morning practice. Gets right into hamstrings/IT band. Good twists - a little more leg work than arm work, but still good balance of both.

Gentler, slower class. Targets major points in hips/IT band/hamstrings.

Tougher class, but because of slower pace and longer holds. Some more challenging twists and binds, and major core work, as well as a lot of hamstring/glute work (lots of warrior 3). Very satisfying!
