This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

awesome mix of two of my favorite teachers! Loved it. The flow between teachers was flawless. Love to see more like this. I felt all warm and fuzzy at the end....the gang was all there! Meaning...two of my favorite teachers in the room with me....at this time in our lives, it felt like a hug!

This is my second time with this practice. It is great for those days if you don't know if you want to move fast or slow. This practice is the best of both worlds. Like others have commented below, I would love to see more of this style of practice where you warm up with a bit of challenge and then move to a different kind of practice - both apposing opposites.
