This holistic practice is the best of both worlds, yang and yin. Fiji starts the class off with a warming intentional flow, then Satiya slows things down with some longer sweet holds. No props needed for this special class!

I really enjoyed this class. The only problem was not being able to hear Satiya clearly when she was bent forward face down. I will definitely come back to this class again. Any more classes with the 2 of them?

Really enjoyed how two styles blended together for an invigorating practice - a great choice when you want a practice that incorporates active and restorative poses!
