I will be adding this one to my list of go-to classes! Just lovel how I feel after 20 minutes. the flow was very unique, and included some poses (toe and finger stretches) that I don't do that often. Thank you Fiji for another great class.

I only have about 30 minutes in the morning to get dressed, find a class and do it before I start working. So anytime I break a sweat during a short practice, I am happy. Makes me feel like I've accomplished something. Will probably do this class again.

Did the class because had short time to do the practice. During and at the end of it I was sort of glad it wasn’t longer. Very good short class thank you!
