I just wanted to say thank you for this class! I have probably done it 50 times. It is short but powerful! I love it.
I would love to see more classes like this! 20 minutes seems to be the sweet spot for a before-work morning practice for me. I keep returning to this energizing full-body flow so much that I've practically got the vocal cues memorized, so I'd love more for variety!
