Hi Fiji, I've probably done this class a hundred times over the years, as many of your other classes. I just felt called to let you know how thankful I am for your classes and for you sharing your gift of yoga! I've been using DYWM since about 2015 in college when our yoga teacher recommended it & over the years I've found myself returning to my practice again and again in order to pull myself out of the proverbial mud. I just wanted to thank you & I'm super grateful to you and all the other early teachers on the site like David, Ron, Dawn, and so many others! Thank you Fiji, you're the best!!!

A perfect invigorating short practice! I like to do a short warmup before this one. It’s a go-to for me if I am feeling a bit sluggish and need a boost.

Hi there! If you haven't tried them yet - Inspire the Fire, Morning Wake-up and Flow, Happy Hamstrings and Yummy 30 are just a few of Fiji's shorter classes that are also great.

Most days before my daughter wakes I"m able to fit in a 40 minute ski erg and at 20-30 minutes (though I want more!) with you. I'd welcome as many of these dynamic short Intermediate II sessions as you're happy to make. I look forward to diving into the longer ones as time allows. Beautiful sequence!
There is something special about the way Fiji is able to convey strength with gentleness. Some challenging poses that feel and are doable whilst there is a strong sense of compassion for self when I have to do a different variation. Thank you once again Fiji and all at do yoga with me for some excellent content. This is a good routine to get the day started when you do not want to commit to a full hour session or need to get up and go out soon. Namaste.
Fiji is just the best instructor. I never feel judgment nor "less than" because I can't fully do a pose. She has a gentle way of showing she wants us to be where we are and go further when we are ready. I am grateful for her (virtual) presence in my life.

Rec'd some uncomfortable news from a dr. today. Came home this evening wanting to pop sweats on and veg on the couch w/a bowl of popcorn. Instead I did this quick class. Instead of feeling "poor me", I feel empowered again and even caught myself smiling through this short but powerful practice. Thank you. <3

This was a slightly challenging class but it was short so not too strenuous. I followed it up by doing 'Vinyasa for Lower Back Care: Stability' and together they were an excellent combination. This class 'Vinyasa for Vitality' on its own would be a great workout to start the day.
