everything made sense at 34:30, what a class!
Wow. 6 out of 5 stars!
A masterpiece of guiding and sequencing culminating in shoulderstand and fishpose. Extraordinary!
This has been amazing for practice. Loved the flow. Thanks for the class Tracey!
Thank you Tracey. Youve been my teacher for years... and this class was made years ago. Like wine, seems to get better with age. Thank you for being you and teaching as you do
The early headstand threw me for a loop! It made me question what I had gotten myself into. But the rest of the flow was just what I needed to get my butt in gear. Can't wait to see what the rest of the days have in store
Wow! Thank you very much madame, that was definitly one of my favorite classes. Challenging, intense, relieving, simply awesum. I will make this one part of my routine. Vielen Dank from Hamburg, Germany.
This woman is magic, and by extension, so are her classes.
Not that it's unusual by any means with Tracey, but I was delighted to find such immense joy in this class. I am relatively comfortable in advanced classes, but I don't remember the last time I giggled so much through facing some real challenges that my ego had to step down and accept (that's not to say that "I'm so skilled," but rather it was a reminder that I maybe haven't been challenging myself enough. A reminder, too, that those who are only just beginning their journey in yoga are the bravest among us all!). And I think just *slightly* too much red wine last night made the headstand a pretty amusing endeavor today. :)
It's incredible to have never met Tracey in person, yet every one of her classes feels like spending some time with a good friend. Such a big fan. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts, Tracey. You are an extraordinary inspiration.
Please don't be put off by the early headstand - like I was for a few months, you can always do a gentle inversion instead. It's a beauty of a class; I will return to it often. Thank you. Namaste.
Perfect way to end a not so great day - my phone battery died during savasana and I didn't even notice! :)
My first class after a week plus of bad flu. Was a bit hesitant upon the red tag, but then saw your name. Turned out to be so refreshing and the inversions released my blocked nose! Thank you so much Tracey!
Wonderful class! I could not believe it was time for shivasana! I was excited to try the arm balance...not there yet, but maybe at the end of 14 days I'll be back? Thank you!
Wooow so peaceful class!!! I already start this challenge, I am really enjoyed it.
It gonna be one of my favorites class, thanks Tracey
Namaste...
Did this on a Friday evening after a long week at work and it felt so amazing, even if I couldn't do some of the poses all the way. I did feel my body open up wonderfully after being hunched over a computer and steering wheel all week, and felt/heard some delicious cracks in my shoulders, neck, and upper spine. I'm feeling so good now, I forgot how to spell neck! Spelled it like 'kneck' haha!
While I really enjoyed this class and the poses within it, I feel that it really could have used some more heat and warmup. I appreciate that starting with headstand is a good way to set the stage for an 'egoless' class, but it's unsafe for many people, especially right at the start of the class without any core work leading up.
This is one of my favorite classes. Challenging, but not too tough for a morning wake-up. Peaceful, loving energy throughout - characteristic of Tracey. Namaste.
This challenge and classes with Tracey are like returning to spend time with a friend. Love this class, leaves me feeling so peaceful!
A delightful way to begin 2018! Namaste to you new year! Excited to try this challenge a third time. It’s my favorite:
Lovely, challenging class. Tracy, I adore your style- your pacing, your creative transitions, your whole style. I needed the wall for the headstand and I think I actually LOL'd at the hand balance- but its always good to have things to strive for. Thank you thank you.
Enjoyed all these classes so much, am starting the challenge over from the beginning.
I've done this class before but had forgotten how good it was. Great way to start the 14 Day Advanced Challenge :-) I love all Tracey's classes, so this was a joy to do. The arm balance was still beyond me, but I might come back to this class at the end of the challenge to see how I get on :-)
I really enjoyed this class! Although there were a few poses that are still beyond my ability, this class gives me something to strive towards and motivates me to keep working on those difficult arm balances and hip openers. Thank-you Tracy for another beautiful session :)
I haven't done a class with you in ages and this reminded me of how special your teaching is. The space you give to the poses is so beneficial to my body (and mind) and I always come away from practising with you feeling more peaceful. I loved the chimes in Savasana too. Thank you to you <3
Thank you Tracey! That was such a wonderful flow and so bold beginning with headstand. I actually did unsupported head stand for the first time ever. I just felt confident that I could do it. Maybe another day I won't but that's fine as well. Namaste.
Brilliant!!! Thank you Tracey
My first advanced class! Who would have thought? Thank you Tracey, you are fantastic. I can't believe that I actually did 90% of the class, and I'm proud that I didn't judge myself or get discouraged because 10% was beyond me. Thanks Tracey and all at DoYogaWithMe!
Being brave, I tried my first Advanced class with Tracey. Even though I used to do all sorts of headstands and handstands as a kid, I was fearful to try the headstand. I worried about messing up my cranio alignment or hurting my neck. So I used a pillow and did the headstand against a wall. It still felt like too much pressure on the top of my skull, so I've decided this posture may not be right for me. And that's OK. Distance running was not for me. Kick boxing was not for me. ;) Live and learn! That said, I LOVED this class as I have loved all of Tracey's classes. Her flow and guidance speak to me. I look forward to the mornings and starting my day with clarity and joy. Many thanks!
Good comment !
For me as well it was my first advanced class and i really loved it. It really helped me to push my limits. Thank you Tracey, i look forward to do more classes with you.
People should definitely try these classes. I loved how you basically started off with headstand, a very difficult pose. That was really fun and set the stage for the rest of the class. I feel great!
Thank you! I especially loved the shoulder stand and fish at the end, and then the singing bowls. It all went together so well. My twists felt deeper than ever before.
Beautiful and vibrant thank you
My first advance class. Thank you Tracey!
Thank you Tracey :)
