Our personal power centre lies in the belly. In this vinyasa flow class with Tracey, we begin on our back, work with the deeper muscles of the abdominals and keep the spark alive as we rise to our feet for an integrated flow.

I think Tracey is an excellent teacher and I enjoy practicing with her, but there is one thing she does that irks me, and that is that she often says to do something "for me", i.e. for her. My yoga practice is mine and don't like it that she asks me to do things for her.
It's difficult to feel this way, I've had a record-scratch a couple of times when I've heard her say this before, too. But I only ever find more strength when I manage to fully surrender. I don't mind handing my power over to Tracey. Over the years she's established enormous trust with me and I've allowed myself to relax into knowing that she's a wise, loving guide, and to allow her the benefit of the doubt. I don't believe she wants anyone's practice to be anything but their own. I've considered that this is perhaps an attempt for her to soften what can feel like a string of constant commands.
Another great Tracey Class. Thank you, I love the flipping my hands backward.
So Nice, Thank you Tracey!
Tracey's my favorite instructor. I had been avoiding this class because I thought it was going to be an insane ab-focused workout, but it was really Tracey bringing extra attention to core within a balanced flow. Wonderful instructions per usual.... Thank you!
You are not alone. We should have known better, knowing Tracey! At least we came around.
I keep returning to this class and learn some new refinement each time. Thank you
Wonderful mindful workout! Such a great teacher and motivator you wish she could see you following along.
