Our personal power centre lies in the belly. In this vinyasa flow class with Tracey, we begin on our back, work with the deeper muscles of the abdominals and keep the spark alive as we rise to our feet for an integrated flow.

Fantastic class. I don't usually take Intermediate II classes or upper because they are beyond my current capacities, but could do this one (mostly). I encourage other beginners to give it a try; just consider having a couple of blocks near; they might come handy at certain points during the class. Otherwise, it's a very good and enjoyable session.

I LOVED this class. The surprise of unexpected combinations kept it fresh. Tracy is the master at designing combinations that help one "slip" effortlessly from easy to more challenging poses. I agree with the reviewer who said I didn't expect to feel to calm and relaxed after a core class! Thank you, Tracy!

I think the idea of core work can be pretty intimidating. For a lot of reasons, it can be the hardest place to work on (or through). For anyone debating, like I did, this class is -so- accessible. Not a mindless, hardcore, bootcamp ab workout that makes you feel like "bwah! I'm a core-less slug!" or, worse, like you cracked a rib. Instead, you're left basking in a celebration of your own power. Floored as usual, Tracey (pun intended). Thank you!
