It took a long time for me to come up with a perfect word to describe this class...Bountiful it is. The repetition is just right for allowing deep feelings of all sorts from throat, shoulders, and hips to float out. I learned long ago from Tracy's Breaking Down Barriers class that my hips need frequent loving attention to release energy that was keeping them tight emotionally and physically. This class provides lavish body opening with a rhythmic pace. Thank you for this Bountiful class, Tracy!!

I completely agree with all the comments about this class, it's just gorgeous. The elements of repetition felt like they were embodying forgiveness as a practive, to do over and over again. This class appearing coincided with me exploring forgiveness in my meditation practice as well, so I'm feeling incredibly grateful and light right now. Thank you!

This class is absolutely beautiful and so freeing. I love Tracey's fun, lighthearted, and gentle guidance. I also love how she throws bits of wisdom about the body and soul throughout her instruction. I am going to make this class a go-to for when I need to tap into the peace within me. I really enjoyed this one. Strength, flexibility, mindfulness -- all about giving and receiving positive movement for energy. And the pauses to remind ourselves about letting go and forgiveness were very meaningful. Thank you. I'm really getting a lot out of your classes Tracey.

this was an amazing class especially since I was so angst ridden this week. I was hurting both physically and mentally. This class really helped me open up, both physically and mentally. i do not feel as stiff as I did when I started. Tracey was right, I was holding emotion in hips and low back. My hips and low back no longer feel as tense. I feel open to love and forgiveness. Thank you Tracey!
