Thank you for this intuitive flow class. The repetition is very relaxing allowing me to focus on my breath.

I love the fluidity of the sequence and the balance between effort and ease. Tracey's voice and cues are gentle and precise enough to allow for the mind to focus- this flow was a bit of a moving meditation for me.
