I really enjoyed the tutorial in this vid for the triangle pose. I found moving into that pose so much better nice and slow with the shoulder warm ups first. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this. I have felt as though I've lost so much of myself to grief in the past few months. This practice helped me remember that although I've lost a lot, I haven't lost myself. I am here and I am strong and I will carry on. (I also discovered how challenging it can be to do yoga while crying...!) I just keep breathing through it...:)
