How it works
Asana Lab Sessions are once-a-month, live, zoom workshop events for DoYogaWithMe subscribers. Each event is led by one of our expert instructors -- Fiji McAlpine or David Procyshyn -- and will explore different peak poses, areas of the body, skills, or other yoga related themes. There will be detailed instruction, times for questions and real time practice of skills to help you refine and expand your practice.

Releasing tension from the hips can increase our range of motion and decrease discomfort and pain in the hips and the lower back. When we have very tight hips, trying to practice hip openers can be very challenging. This session will offer ways to create more space and ease at all levels.
