Great session. I was looking for something short that would help with stress relief and yet challenge me as well with flexibility. This practice met both objectives. Thanks Tracey.
My periformis released (for the first time in several days after many practice sessions) thanks to this pigeon variation - thank you for a beautiful class!
Inspirational practice. The flow was a perfect speed for me and the overall combination of movements created a fantastic 23 minute package. Thank you so very much for sharing your practice with me today.

Thank you, Tracey, for this wonderful and creative flow! For me, the real difficulty of this class is keeping the breadth regularly along with the movements. I felt the body completely open in savasana. Namaste!
Your classes are always from the heart. Thank you for your gift of instructing, sharing, teaching and just being. It is so very beautiful each and every time.

Dear Tracey,
What a wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for your calm and creativity which are so nourishing!
Greetings from lockdown in England, taking care of elderly Mum.
Stay well, Sr Tam Muoi
I'm so happy to be there with you, take good care of yourself and keep practicing. So good and important in these times. Lots of love to you and your Mum.
absolutely woonderful! many times, the work is releasing tightness with tiny moves...this class helped me find space where I thought there was none. Thank-you!
I always enjoy Tracey's classes.
Love pigeon pose because I sit a lot at work.
This was such a nice way to work into deep pigeon pose.
And because I was in the mood for a shorter class, this one fit the bill.
Thank you again, Tracey! :D
Wonderful ways of coming into deep Pigeon release!
So good for hip release, and for power in & through stillness.
And with the little right-left leg glitch made me appreciate the precision that it takes to teach in action.
Thank you Tracey!
A short but challenging practice. I love Tracey's guidance and you will not be disappointed with the stillness, movement, and sensations from this practice.
The leg direction threw me too but loved the class :-) Did it as part of the 2020 New Year Challenge (Day 3) and it was invigorating, despite being a shorter class. Packed a lot in and some sweeet stretches for my tight runners' hip joints. Thanks Tracey, I love all your classes and this challenge is a great way to start the year!
I think there may be a fairly important mis-speak at the half way point here when "right leg" is said instead of the left, which is the one actually moving at this point. I have tried to check it to make sure I'm not going crazy but the video won't play those 14 seconds which is even stranger! : )
Loved the class! Just thought this might catch up others as it did me. Thank you so much!
I loved this class very much! I have never seen a pigeon pose like that, and I love seeing new poses. Yes! I thought I was going crazy with the "right/left leg" misspeak. I had to watch it a couple of time then scrolled down to the comments to verify.

Awesome class! Wonderful pigeon!
I'd read the comments in advance so just ignored the incorrect right leg instruction and all was fine :)

Yes, agreed on both the “right leg” incorrectly spoken twice and loving the class. Thank you Tracey for another incredible class!
