I agree with other comments! This should be called "Yoga for Yardwork."
My husband and I have been building our own house all summer. I have been neglecting myself. The tension in my back and shoulder has been so painful that I thought even downward dog would be impossible for me.
This class really has revived my faith in... everything! Tracey really knows what to focus on when a reset is needed. Every pose was accessible and effective, even while healing from a pulled shoulder. Excellent instructions, intermediates will never have to look at the screen.
This is my first time commenting on a video because I am so excited about this class, I will be doing it every day. Wow.

Beautiful! What an amazing energy gets created by this practice. All the sweet spots opened. Pace was just right. And when I couldn’t see the screen the instructions were just perfect, like “moving through honey” to get to wild thing. Just superb, Thank you!

I love the flow of this one. So much release and awakening of peaceful energy! I do wonder about the universality of hip distance being "2 fists wide" as explained in the beginning of the practice. I'm a 5-ft tall petite Latina but my hips are definitely more than 2 fists wide! I like being able to use the body as a guide, but I find generalities leave out variation in proportionality. I say, trust your own body :)

I came to this class after a day of travel and found it just perfect for general unwinding. Hips, shoulders, sides, and feet are feeling relaxed and alive! I love the balance of movement/flow and depth. I did add a few minutes of savasana at the end for myself.

I loved it! Perfect length to fit into a busier day but still get a full practice, nicely active without being super strenuous, exactly the right level I needed after several days of not getting my stretch on, and not wanting to overextend myself, but still wake this sleepy body up. :)

Tracey takes us through a really nice, left side right side practice. Lots of variations and transitions.
Start standing and on corpse or savasana pose. Really unique and curious. Hope you love it like I did.
And, can't beat Tracey as the guide.
