Tracey takes us through a really nice, left side right side practice. Lots of variations and transitions.
Start standing and on corpse or savasana pose. Really unique and curious. Hope you love it like I did.
And, can't beat Tracey as the guide.

Oh thank you Tracey for yet another lovely class, this kickstarted a lazy Saturday for me! After lots of running and strength training this week, this class felt so good, and the transitions were so smooth. Great stuff
