It's got a bit of everything, challenging balance, strength and flexibility without tiring you out. Targets the legs and hips more than the core or upper body.

I came to this class after a day of travel and found it just perfect for general unwinding. Hips, shoulders, sides, and feet are feeling relaxed and alive! I love the balance of movement/flow and depth. I did add a few minutes of savasana at the end for myself.

I loved it! Perfect length to fit into a busier day but still get a full practice, nicely active without being super strenuous, exactly the right level I needed after several days of not getting my stretch on, and not wanting to overextend myself, but still wake this sleepy body up. :)

Tracey takes us through a really nice, left side right side practice. Lots of variations and transitions.
Start standing and on corpse or savasana pose. Really unique and curious. Hope you love it like I did.
And, can't beat Tracey as the guide.

Tracey! I don't know how you do it. What a day to release this video. I woke up this morning to an inexplicable pinched nerve in my left hip/lower back. You know, the kind that takes all of your energy to try to *not* give it all of your energy... This class helped me lift my focus away from it and - I don't know the exact moment it happened - like magic I'm now free from the throes of its woes! :) You're an unfathomable blessing. How can we not all fall in love with you?! Thank you so, so much for your gifts and incredible work.
