8.27.21. Revisiting this class on a day I was feeling a lot of anxiety. The pace and focus needed for the movements felt grounding and calming. I enjoyed the feeling of flowing through some intense poses and appreciated Tracey's cues to look feel inside the poses and look for extra space. No savasana at the end - most times I don't miss it but today I felt I needed the pose so added it in at then end. Thank you!

Been doing this session for 3 or 4 days now (I never seem to count the "first day" I try a new practice). Tracey is lovely and this is a really great flow session, with the unexpected bonus of balance, finding the "4corners" of your feet and IT band stretches. I've been feeling way too sedentary at my desk lately and this class is just long enough and vigorous enough to get me energised again! Highly recommend and will try more of her classes once I feel it's right to move on. Right now I'm enjoying the flow and the gradual feeling of mastery. There are many layers and levels of expertise to be explored here

I loved it! Perfect length to fit into a busier day but still get a full practice, nicely active without being super strenuous, exactly the right level I needed after several days of not getting my stretch on, and not wanting to overextend myself, but still wake this sleepy body up. :)
