Thank you for this perfect class on a rainy day when I did not want to get on my mat this morning. The stretches got in deep and the one leg stand was a surprise, it flowed in nicely, even with wobbles.

Great, short class. I am just barely moving into more intermediate classes from beginner, and found this class to be just the right amount of challenging. Tracey moves with such elegance, something I aspire to, and I always enjoy her classes.

Tracy stretches the body beautifully. I feel open and alive. Great as a warm up or when short on time. Be aware that there is no savanna. Easy enough to add one when you have time.

Interesting flow. It was a little weird to spend so long on one side before moving on to the other. I know it is a short video but I missed savasana at the end.
