Thank you for this perfect class on a rainy day when I did not want to get on my mat this morning. The stretches got in deep and the one leg stand was a surprise, it flowed in nicely, even with wobbles.

Great, short class. I am just barely moving into more intermediate classes from beginner, and found this class to be just the right amount of challenging. Tracey moves with such elegance, something I aspire to, and I always enjoy her classes.
