Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

I loved how Fiji used common poses but transitioned from them in uncommon ways, allowing my body to stretch more deeply. Excellent pacing as well.
