This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

Nice class for a rainy Saturday afternoon when I wanted something short and different. I liked the flow of this class and that it wasn’t too challenging. Fiji’s explanations were good, and I seldom had to look at the screen.

I loved how Fiji used common poses but transitioned from them in uncommon ways, allowing my body to stretch more deeply. Excellent pacing as well.
