Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

12/31/20. Very nice way for me to get my head clear and feel grounded and calm before another hectic shift at the hospital. Good reminders to look for + sense the spaciousness in my body and mind. Thank you.
