Class Description:

Few yoga classes go so deep so quickly. Fiji takes you through this tough class mindfully, preparing the body for each stage and making sure that you don't push past your limit. A quick, challenging flow that leads to a sequence of wonderfully deep releases.

Wow, what an amazing stretch-out for the legs and hips. I tried this class a while ago and couldn't do some of the poses, came back to it and found I could do them all - thanks to Do Yoga With Me and all the fantastic classes on this site. I love all Fiji's classes, this is a great one to slot into a busy day. Your limbs will thank you!

Loved it!

Only wish it were a little longer to hold the poses more, I learn something new in every Figi class, she really is a gifted teacher, would love more from her please

Exactly what I was thinking!

This was a wonderful end of my work day sequence, and while I love the brisk moves through the poses, I could stand to hold them a bit longer

Never thought I would be able

Never thought I would be able to do an 8-angle pose at a home practice, but here I am! I did this video once a couple months ago, and I am so happy to have rediscovered it. Thank you Fiji for your wonderfully guided transitions!
