One of the best practices I have done with DYWM. A shorter practice however one that invoked many emotions and made me feel wonderful upon leaving my mat at the end. One to do many times!

Wow! Just when I thought I had found my favorite classes with Fiji, this one comes along. I have been stressed out and overwhelmed and definitely not showing up in my life as my very best self, but this class was just perfect for filling me back up!
