I really liked this practice, although it was a little hard on the wrist that I broke about ten years ago at times. I think next time I will add in some reverse wrist flexion in between some of the arm balances.

This class is fast and powerfu l- I really enjoyed it despite not being able to do side crow. I fell out of it but had fun trying anyway!
I really like that it's short and sweet but still you still squeeze in the spiritual aspects ( setting intentions and the om opening).
