This was my first class with Jonny-Lyn, but I should probably try another one. I normally love fast-paced vinyasa/power/ashtanga courses, but this felt like a marathon :( because each breath cycle seemed unrealistically fast to me and prevented me from enjoying myself, I gave up half way through. Others may like it of course.
