An awesome practice that has me developing arm strength I don’t yet have. The pace is fiery but attainable for an advanced or intermediate III practitioner.

Wow, what a class! I will now use this as my yard-stick to measure my strength. So much fun! Thank you

This was my first class with Jonny-Lyn, but I should probably try another one. I normally love fast-paced vinyasa/power/ashtanga courses, but this felt like a marathon :( because each breath cycle seemed unrealistically fast to me and prevented me from enjoying myself, I gave up half way through. Others may like it of course.

I really liked this practice, although it was a little hard on the wrist that I broke about ten years ago at times. I think next time I will add in some reverse wrist flexion in between some of the arm balances.

This class is fast and powerfu l- I really enjoyed it despite not being able to do side crow. I fell out of it but had fun trying anyway!
I really like that it's short and sweet but still you still squeeze in the spiritual aspects ( setting intentions and the om opening).
Thank you!
