Learn the joy of grounding yourself in the here and now in this intermediate/advanced vinyasa class. Tracey helps you stay present, as you strengthen and stretch your shoulders and hips, engage through the mid line, and progress toward the peak pose, flying pigeon.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 29 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.
