I have been practicing yoga for about 23 years of my 36. Tracey you are hands down one of THE best teachers I have known. Among so many incredible aspects of your guidance, your descriptions of how to position my body best into each pose is always perfect. Some poses I have done repeatedly for years and yet it's as if it's completely new to my body when you offer those essential little tips on how to sink deeper or further align my body into the asana.

LOVED this practice. Cant wait to repeat it already.
