Wow, great class! There's no such thing as a dull Crista class, and this one was surprising - in a good way - even by her standards! Fast-paced flow and some really good stretches. Will come back to this one for sure!

If you have any reservation about the intermediate level of this class, put it aside — this IS an accessible class. Crista offers many variabilities for each pose so that you can decide how you wish to elevate your practice. Plus her playfulness is something every DYWMer should experience! ☺️
I also get the same handstring cramp inthe lunge position when I try to grab my foot. This time I put the video on pause and used a strap to try it-no cramp that way! Crista thank you for this class and the variations you provided. Some of the poses I couldn't reach but I did what I could and enjoyed watching you (That Mermaid-something pose -whew!) Thank you for you positive attitude and smiles

She's full of surprises! I love Crista's classes because you never know what's coming next - that holds me in the moment. Also, I really enjoyed waving 'hello' to Crista in mermaid lunge =)
I did this class as part of the 22 day challenge and was surprised to find that it was fun and accessible to me as an Intermediate I student. I was nervous trying a Intermediate III for the first time but very glad I did it. This was my first class with Crista and loved the encouragement and options she gave.
Thanks for posting this comment - I was worried about the Intermediate III rating and probably would have skipped this, or subbed it for a class I know, but was encouraged by your comment and enjoyed the class. Challenging but plenty of options given.
I just love Crista's gentleness and good humor as an instructor. This is labeled as Intermediate III but an Intermediate I/II like me could easily participate safely. It was challenging lowering so slowly from plank, and I've never done forearm wheel before.

I found the teacher moved faster than the directions given and the directions were not always as clear as I am accustomed to getting.
