Oh boy, are you up for a fun challenge! Fiji shines in this short, advanced class that both kicks your butt and nurtures your soul. Although the pace and difficulty level can make this hard to keep up with, practicing it until you can do it all will be so very satisfying.

Very good for humility. Ha, ha. Such a playful and challenging practice. It brings me back to my early days of yoga where laughter was so crucial in trying things. A good reminder. Thank you, Fiji. Namaste.
Love these short and challenging classes. Gives me something to work on and perfect. Thank you for the guidance and for challenging me to press on.
Lovely practice. Are there any modifications for the first sequence where we support one leg with one knee on the ground. That does not feel right to me, but I would like to have a similar challenge with a pose that is a better fit for me.
Yes! Try putting your foot down on the ground too so there is less pressure on the knee.
Favourite yoga ever!
Short but tough!
You always amaze me with your strength! Thanks for an invigorating practice.
Another favourite. Only Fiji can exhilarate and calm you, challenge you without you even knowing, give all the benefits of stretch and meditation, and leave you feeling accomplished and strong and at peace, in just 20 minutes. Namaste Fiji xx
Fiji, your videos never cease to amaze me- always so innovative and challenging! I did my first headstand tonight (against a wall, but like you said in the video, that's one more headstand than I did yesterday. ) Thank you for providing a great work-out, peace of mind, and excitement to keep working on new poses.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Fiji, you're so gifted as a teacher. Perfectly articulated. Simple, yet complex. An inspiration.
Thanks Fiji, you are an inspiration. Great with a short class for busy mornings that still challenges me.
What a great class! I can lift myself off the ground when my leg is up over my arm, but I am still working on lifting myself when my legs are straight, out in front of me. I typically do Fiji's intermediate videos but I felt like this was a great transition from an intermediate to advanced video.
Thank you, Fiji, for another amazing class! I lacked the motivation to get to my mat today and this short, challenging practice was exactly what I needed to feel invigorated. Thank you, thank you, for your incredible guidance! Namaste.
a bit easier.... tried a headstand (full) for first time.... fell completely over... guess I need to now do a restorative yoga for my back! ;-)
I have been so information pilates for many years answer would like to start yoga which is essentially very similar, I was trying to do the advanced challenge but can't log in to that.? I assume you have to pay for it ? Will gladly pay just want to make sure this is the reason I can't log in to it
Hi there. I had trouble understanding the first part of your message (I'm imagining it was voice to text errors) :-). Yes, to access the advanced challenge you need to be a subscriber, which is $5/month or $55/year. You can sign up here: https://www.doyogawithme.com/join
Wow, this is a real challenge! I have done Fiji's other advanced classes but I can't yet do these poses. Side crow, Eight angle pose and headstand are still proving impossible to master, so obviously a stronger core is needed. I really enjoyed the challenge of trying though, and I think that if you can make it as far as getting your legs to the side in eight angle pose, then your body is getting there, right? I hope!
Thanks Fiji - you are always an inspiration to me :))
Keep working on it! I love your attitude, the joy in the process and just asking yourself to do as much as you can. All the work that is going on under the surface will come through for you soon enough!
Loved this workout...I was sweating on my lunch break! Some beautiful challenging poses...Was a ton of fun
This video will be quite the welcome addition to my morning practices where I want a lot of out a little bit of time, as it is filled with fun and challenging poses for the advanced yoga practitioner. Thanks, Fiji and DYWM for continuously providing new material to keep us on (and off) our toes! <3
