Thank you so much for this practice. I am coming back to yoga after injury and was a little nervous and feeling protective of my body. This was a peaceful, soothing session that made me feel confident to challenge myself a little but also left space to take it easy when I needed to.
So great - did this as part of the challenge but one that mais oui stands on its own! I felt so good in mind and body - lovely way to start my Monday morning.
I've returned to this practice again and again. It's great when I've had my regular practice interrupted by life, or when I need something short and sweet to recenter and return to myself. There's a lot going on in this quick practice and it's so yummy! Fiji is the perfect guide to arrive again wherever I need to be. Namaste :)
