Good & short. But could use more verbal cueing. Hard when your head is down and the cue isn't detailed enough so then you have to turn you head up to the screen to figure out the pose.
Sometimes I want a short, but effective class. This is exactly that. Quarantine has kicked my behind, resulting in very stiff muscles! Thank you, Fiji, for helping to gently stretch things out! I also appreciate your clear instructions, as I like to take off my glasses when practicing. I didn't need to watch, to understand what to do.

This has been one of my favorites for a long time now. Perfect for a short, delicious practice any time you want a full body stretch that opens your entire body. This is perfect for rest days, when your body still craves movement but needs to heal from other workouts, or for getting back into the practice, as this reminds your body just how good a stretch can be! Just LOVE Fiji!!
I'm not sure how many times I have done this class over the years, and it was always fabulous. This morning, after a long break in doing yoga, I did it again to get me started, and it hit the spot as always. Fiji, thank you for having been my trusted teacher for such a long time. .
Adding this one to my list of shorter practices . Loved the creative and unique sequencing and delicious stretches - nothing felt forced or rushed. Got a little sweat going but never felt like I was straining or overworking. Thank you!

I love all of Fiji's videos but this one is particularly great! A lot of core activation and poses you don't normally see in a traditional vinyasa. Keeps you breathing and stretching. Love this quick practice!
This is an excellent 30 minute Yoga Tutorial! Fiji is as always a very helfpul, and simply amazing teacher! I like this yoga video especially because it is 30 minutes and because it does some practices that I have never done before. Thank you very much! May you be blessed!

As with all of DYWM videos that are filmed outdoors, I appreciate the beauty of the northern part of North America. The terrain and vegetation are so different from most of the continent. Most of the time, I am not watching the video but I do appreciate how you have found so many great outdoor sites to film. Thanks for the variety of locations indoors and outdoors.
Was so excited to see this as the intermediate challenge today! I love this class. Fiji, thank you for your perfect timing and verbal cues - you give just enough time to breathe and settle into a pose before moving onto the next. Such a nice practice.
Enjoying having the decision made for me about choosing a class. This is a really good one but my 60 year old hips will never be able to do the more challenging moves. Fell nicely extended at the end.

I liked Fiji's pacing, firm and a great flow. Good for a quick 30 minutes and different than my usual vinyasa.
