This has been one of my favorites for a long time now. Perfect for a short, delicious practice any time you want a full body stretch that opens your entire body. This is perfect for rest days, when your body still craves movement but needs to heal from other workouts, or for getting back into the practice, as this reminds your body just how good a stretch can be! Just LOVE Fiji!!

I'm not sure how many times I have done this class over the years, and it was always fabulous. This morning, after a long break in doing yoga, I did it again to get me started, and it hit the spot as always. Fiji, thank you for having been my trusted teacher for such a long time. .

Adding this one to my list of shorter practices . Loved the creative and unique sequencing and delicious stretches - nothing felt forced or rushed. Got a little sweat going but never felt like I was straining or overworking. Thank you!

This was exactly what I needed after a couple of months without yoga and in the midst of travel and meetings. I feel like I just checked in with my whole body, and know what I need to give a little more attention to! I am reinvigorated to a more routine practice.
