Ride the Wave

We have 21,000 opportunities each day to catch the wave of our breath, and to ride it into present moment awareness and engagement. This class focuses the mind on returning to the breath as part of the movement practice, and then to allow that new pattern to extend off the mat.

I've had to take a loooong yoga break due to long covid and a minor hip injury. I am SO happy that I am finally at a point where I can do your classes again (just taking some extra moments to catch my breath every now and then!), can't get enough of yoga at the moment! :D
