Ride the Wave
We have 21,000 opportunities each day to catch the wave of our breath, and to ride it into present moment awareness and engagement. This class focuses the mind on returning to the breath as part of the movement practice, and then to allow that new pattern to extend off the mat.

Love these practices set in all the greenery and those flowers in the background. It's immediately very relaxing and soothing. And this practice itself was just gorgeous. So fluid and evenly paced. It was over too quickly, but also great for a hot day, especially with the water imagery.
