This practice with Tracey is a warm and juicy flow. It prepares the hips and core for a little wild thing play, and the playful lift up, up and away into galavasana (also known as flying pigeon).

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 6 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

This flow is so yummy! I love all the side body and hip stretching, the creative way to Wild Thang, and the gradual build up to the balance challenge (which I will one day master!) Thank you so much!!!
