This practice with Tracey is a warm and juicy flow. It prepares the hips and core for a little wild thing play, and the playful lift up, up and away into galavasana (also known as flying pigeon).
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 6 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

love this practice...thank you , Tracey.
groovy but a bit of a stool Pidgeon
A whiff of weightlessness
I loved this class! I've never felt stronger or more at peace in wild thing pose. Lovely pacing and instruction. Thank you!
Namaste Tracy. Amazing class. Exactly what I needed on a Monday morning. My energy is back in!
Greetings all the way from Divonne les bains (near Geneva)
One of my favorite, shorter practices from DYWM & Tracey.
Love all the movements and open expansion of the body.
Well thought out.
Such a delightful class, thank you! The transitions were so elegant. I feel so good right now. Though I'm only Beg/Inter I level, I could "attempt" everything & keep it at a level that was safe for me, and got to enjoy every pose!
Lovely class, Tracey. The first I’ve “taken” with you, but not the last! Be well!
Wonderful class, thank you Tracey! I’m enjoying your teaching more and more. Greetings from Spain!
I am falling in love with your teaching, Tracey! This 30-day for intermediates like me is awesome, because I find myself branching out. That standing pose is hard enough ... getting up onto my hands wasn’t gonna happen today, but I look forward to circling back around to this class — in fact, the entire 30 classes, enhanced by some yogi’s choice poses as needed/desired, makes a great cycle of practice for me for a bit more than a month, as I take a day off a week to run longer distance and then just stretch. It’s a real gift. I wish I could come meet all of you in person! Many blessings, Lisa from Massachusetts xo
The voice tone softening is greatly appreciated here.
Thanks Tracey !
wow. tremendous class
I feel the change in my spirit and body from the beginning of class
Such great instruction and lovely flows
Thank you
Pacing was just perfect, just what I needed after a stressful day.
Pacing is just perfect. Hips and shoulders are much looser. Thank you.
revisited this class today, thank you.
Tracey always with the good times. No tightness here no more :) . Thank you.
Just what I needed the day after a run -delicious hip openers and I love the wild thing and side plank sequences - thanks for a juicy class!
Awesome practice Tracey. Well balanced, clear instructions, and provided the challenge factor without it seeming impossible. I feel refreshed and ready to start the day!
Namaste
2/25/21 Not sure if it's the cold weather or simply my age, but I feel so much stiffer/less flexible lately despite my regular yoga practice. This class has a good pace to gently get deep into the hips first thing in the morning (extra tight!) without feeling like I am hurting myself. The prep poses for galavasana were plenty deep for me and I finished the class feeling relaxed, loose, and awake. Thank you!
This is wonderful!!! I had crick in my neck and shoulder when I got out of bed this morning and somehow this magically eased the tension. It also really prepared me well for flying pigeon. A+
This class was perfection. It was the exact amount of shoulder vs hip opener that I needed after a long week at my desk. Bonus wrist stretch in there, too! Flying pigeon as peak pose was a lot of fun and fish pose was heaven for my neck. Thanks for the amazing class!
Just delicious!!!! thanks
A lovely class Tracey, thank you and just what I needed.
I'm glad Tracey doesn't teach in my home town, or even my country, because I would have no money left as I'd spend it all on her classes! This was so beautiful and I was left with a huge smile on my face. Thank you Tracey. xx
Thanks Tracey for the beautiful practice! I enjoyed the slow pace, intentionality, and the progression of poses to Get a Little Wild. :-)
Loved every part of it this morning! <3
yessss new tracey class! cant wait to do it
I liked the variation of ardha hanumanasana-- it felt like a one foot broken toe poe, which was unique. I often get ideas for my classes from Tracey's creative flows!
I have not been practicing with Tracey for a long time but was so inspired! Thank you for a fun and delicious class, it made me smile!
That was wonderful! Thank you.
so good to be back woth tracey on the mat, more of those! thank u, namaste
I was so excited when I saw Tracey posted a practice. This was such a nice practice and it was fun. I loved seeing Tracey smiling! Such a great teacher / instructor! Really nice practice for midday!
Wonderful! The 'having a nice cup of coffee' distraction technique was a touch of genius! Thank you!
Spectacular! Perfect description. What a treat! Thank you!
