My name is Tianne and I am thrilled to share yoga with you. As a fully accredited Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Athletic Coach, I offer you extensive experience and knowledge. I have also seen first-hand just how powerful yoga can be. Whatever you are experiencing, take it to the mat. Yoga can transform illness to health, injury to strength, and anxiety to joy. Yoga does this by working on all aspects of our being – physical, mental and emotional – bringing us to a place of health, wellness and joyful vitality. Life is an ever-changing kaleidoscope of experience and as such I have been drawn to different styles of yoga to help address different needs. Power Yoga keeps the body strong and fit. Hatha and Restorative Yoga helps relax and stretch the body from head to toe. Therapeutic Yoga helps address specific health challenges.
