great practice for someone who is trying to create more space. A little challenging, but not too vigorous.

I practice with this class regularly. It's such wonderful sequencing; wrist stretches, hip openers, balances, a great flow. I haven't yet managed Crow Pose, but that's OK. Maybe I'll get there one day. Thank you Tracey!
