In this vigorous power yoga class, Crista teaches you how to move from Astavakrasana (Eight-Angled Pose), into Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Sage Koundinya's Pose) and back. These challenging arm balances will test even advanced yogis, but Crista spends plenty of time warming you up with hip-openers, twists and back bends before you attempt the final peak pose.

Even if you are not quite at the advanced yogi, like me, this class if definitely worth doing. The flow left me so open and strong I was able to do both peak poses. Just wasn't able to flow back and forth between the two but there is always next time :] Thank you Crista!!!

I absolutely love this class! Crista is amazing. Fun flow with the breath (flow from warrior two > reverse > whatever that lunge pose is called > surfer's and/or scandasana :D ) Great stretches and warm up for eight angle pose as well.

I just wanted to let any other yogis know that I found a really nice combination. I have been practicing Fiji's chakra classes and recently I did two days of the root chakra and followed it on the third day with Christa's hip openers. Thank you for the challenges and stretches Fiji and Christa.
