In this vigorous power yoga class, Crista teaches you how to move from Astavakrasana (Eight-Angled Pose), into Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Sage Koundinya's Pose) and back. These challenging arm balances will test even advanced yogis, but Crista spends plenty of time warming you up with hip-openers, twists and back bends before you attempt the final peak pose.

I really, really love this class and Crista's Real Deal Pigeon class! Both are so wonderfully satisfying. I can almost make the peak pose transition happen in this one, what a fun surprise!
