I've been in the wellness industry for over 20 years - certified as a personal trainer in 2000 and as a yoga teacher in 2005 - with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. Throughout my yoga career I've continued to learn, completing courses in restorative yoga, advanced teacher training and Ayurveda. I just completed an online 300 hour YTT program and am learned about pain science, strength training, accessibility and anti-oppression. I've taught extensively on many platforms, producing two DVDs, had a weekly TV segment, have taught at fitness and yoga conferences and online at DoYogaWithMe since 2010.
I'm friendly and easy going and teach with humour and heart.
When I'm not teaching I can be found chilling out with a good book, having a laugh with my friends, enjoying a beer at a music festival and spending time with my family and cat Leonard. I also love strength training, yoga, pilates, walking and just generally being outside.
