Thank you, Melissa, for this great class. Even though it is designed for bed time I have found it extremely useful for mornings also, when I wake up feeling like I have been scrunched up all night in bed. It helps to open up my body and relax it for the day ahead. Namaste.

I had a pretty bad day, so instead of blowing off practice, i did this class in bed. It was perfect! I did giggle a little, though.

I am trying to change my bedtime habits and find healthy ways to move in to sleep. This has put me in to such a relaxed pillow will rise to meet my head, I'm sure.

I love this class and have done it many times, but have been off yoga for a few weeks due to a bad shoulder. Decided to try again with this class, but get the message "Jeepers! This video can't be played with your current setup." So... that's a bit uninformative, isn't it? What setup? Payment setup, computer setup or is it just unavailable?

I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I take medication during the day, but started having some leg pain at night. Instead of calling the Dr. I decided to add this class as an evening routine. I already do a morning class! I am able to sleep and do not have pain, as long as I do my bedtime yoga. Thank you! This class is a gift!
