Tracey is amazing. I have never gotten into an 8 angle pose and she makes it so easy. I'm gonna feel great all day.
I enjoyed this flow. Couldn't get very far with 8-angle pose, though, so I substituted two more crow poses, which is usually a good practice anyway!
The peak 8 angle pose was a bit of a challenge for me but I found a nice alternative. Lots of laughs for me with this practice as I move on with this shoulder/arm 21 day challenge.
