Tracey shines in this well-designed vinyasa yoga flow that finishes with two satisfying eight angle poses (astavakrasana), one on either side. The progression is so perfect that you may just do this challenging pose for the first time, if you haven't yet. Have fun!

The peak 8 angle pose was a bit of a challenge for me but I found a nice alternative. Lots of laughs for me with this practice as I move on with this shoulder/arm 21 day challenge.

This practice is sublime! I love the transitions and the focus on strength and breath. Thank you, Tracey!
A glimmer of hope for yogis with little to no upper body strength:
Before I first started practising Vinyasa yoga, I couldn't even do one complete push up, but after about 6 months of regular practice on DYWM (probably a thousand chatarungas!), I could do 20 push ups- that was actually a MASSIVE achievement and the best thing is, it is totally doable.
It took me two years to be able to get into this peak pose; yoga really does help develop commitment, patience and determination! Arm balances require arm, shoulder AND core strengh, so stick with your practice and revel in playing with fun postures like this ;))

The peak pose eluded me, but I started to see how it might someday become a reality for me! Wonderful practice overall - opening throughout the body, nicely paced to allow for focus and contemplation, yummy savasana. Thanks again, Tracey!

Wonderful, wonderful class! Even though I have to laugh yet at myself as I cannot bring myself off the mat. I have a hard getting my shoulder under my knee or vise versa. But laughter is good!
Thank you wonderful teacher!

I love all Tracey's classes, this one is challenging and although I'm a very long way off 8 angle pose its good to have a go! Makes me have a laugh every time which can't be bad :-) Doing Tracey's shorter classes every day is slowly but surely making me stronger in many ways.

Challenging and new. Gliding into poses I assumed I couldn't do. Thanks, Tracey!

This class was so much fun! It was the first time I've attempted Eight Angle Pose. Although I couldn't get into the full posture, Tracey made it attainable. Thanks for a great class!
