This fun vinyasa flow with Jonni-Lyn will leave your hips open and happy, and your heart peaceful and quiet. There are a few different hip openers throughout the class, as well as ardha chandra chapasana, also known as sugarcane pose, to open you up. You have the option of coming into full wheel from wild thing, to spice things up a bit and a vashistasana variation. The practice ends with some pranayama and a short meditation.

Delicious. Health and happiness in 2023. Thank you!
Wow! This class really did have it all, cultivating mental and physical energy, awareness, and oneness! Thank you, Jonni-Lyn!
I typically practice with Fiji (she was the first teacher I found on this site many years ago), but after re-dedicating my practice at the beginning of this spring, I decided it was time to work with other teachers. Fellow Fiji students, this class is faster paced than your usual practice. For me, the vinyasa cues were too fast, but since it's an online class, you can always fall behind as needed. :)
During the class, I wasn't sure why it was titled "hips," but after class, my hips do feel better aligned, stronger, and more supple. Very cool!
This is a lovely practice. I always get an intense spasm in my hips when doing half moon pose - a reminder that I need to continue to stretch my hips. Thank you.
I just love this practice! Thank you Jonni-Lynn. Namaste.
Thank you very much for this complete and meaningful class. You are a gifted teacher.
This class has a little of everything that makes yoga great for me. Stretches, fun poses, and love the 5 cycles of breath while holding poses. So effective in achieving the depth of each pose. Thank you Joni.
Fast moving but a really nice hop opening and diverse class.
Love all the poses covered.
Thank you!
Wonderful in so many ways. Well rounded class. Happy hips and peaceful mind.
Thank you Jonni-Lynn!
This was my first class here and it was great - just right and I appreciate the mediation and changing parts.
Awesome! I really appreciate a class that has chanting, pranayama, meditation and an inversion, yay!
A gift of a mix of physical and mental energy. Thanks, Jonni-Lyn!
