Tracey's energy comes alive as she teaches a fun, challenging ocean-side flow with two of her wonderful students. She so eloquently infuses the theme of 'nourishing your soul' into all that she does, while encouraging a way of practicing yoga that is inspiring, gratifying and nourishing.

An absolute classic! One of the most balanced classes too in terms of time, pace, postures. Will always keep coming back to this one.
This class was my gift to myself this morning, and every part of my body/mind/soul feels thoroughly nourished on this morning of my 58th trip around the sun. Thank you.
Loved this class.
Great class on a very cold, snowy winter day!
One of my favorite lessons ... Thank You!!!
I love all you r classes. I feel nourished and more flexible every time.
Thanks, Tracey
Soul Good.
Thank you for this beautiful class!
There was nothing in this 60+ minute practice that I couldn't manage (with adaptation and some resting), and some practices that were particularly novel and effective (such as the "wringing" twist at the end, the hand-to-feet back arch, and the wonderful message rolling up out of Shavasana). The guidance throughout was so clear that I hardly had to view the screen. Thank you!
That class flew by. No way that was an hour! I loved it. I was in the zone. Thank you Tracey!
Great practice. I would like to try this again as some of the flows are new to me but very enjoyable. I still need practice with my one leg balance poses.
Thanks,
A lot of emotional and possibly spiritual healing Tok place for me long before we got to the foetal position. Thank you to all the instructors and everyone at do yoga with me, who made this class possible. Namaste.
I did this with my whole family (and dog) and we loved it! Doing it as a part of the 30-day challenge :) https://www.doyogawithme.com/challenge/30-day-challenge-int thanks for this class!
So great! I came out of that class feeling fully nourished - Nourished by my breath! Thanks Tracey. You are one of my favourites! :)
Slow and gentle class, no complicated poses, just very basic...and because it was so basic and slow moving with long but fluid poses it really allows time to dig deep and nourish. I don't even have to bookmark this because the title of the class is so apt.
Enjoyed this class, always grateful for Tracy Noseworthy's classes. I have just started yoga in my middle years and this kind of class felt like it was made for me! The clear instructions keep me present with my body. I am reminded about lines, energy, connecting, and opening. The basic yoga philosophy helps me feel like I'm on my mat for so many reasons...it helps to be directed in wholesomeness. I have learned so much already....zipping in the mid-line, broadening the lower back and opening the throat (that was a new sensation when doing a standing half forward bend.......it's so amazing to find places and spaces within my body that I hadn't visited. Like going on a trip! I did have a few issues with trying to stand in Vrksasana....my foot keeps slipping. I get a lot of compression in my lower back but if I release my tail bone my foot slips. I'll be looking forward to playing with that pose more.
What a wonderfully uplifting class!
Tracey is my favorite teacher on DoYogaWith Me, and this is definitely my favorite class. It's the perfect class to wring out all of the knots and stress out of your mind and body, and is not too long or too short.
Fairly intense on the shoulders, but overall a nicely-rounded class. Perfect pace and a lovely savasana.
Great class, very balanced and engaging the whole body. I found Tracey’s teaching style nicely focused, she gives the necessary instructions without getting tangled up in long explanations or stories. I enjoyed it a lot.
