Hi! Glad you enjoyed the half hour flow ..... it is called side crow. Lots of ways to enter and exit it ~ this one I feel is the best alignment for the balance.

Spirited little practice which gets right into some balancing poses but doesn't feel forced or rushed. I loved the specific instructions for side crow....now I just need to practice it some more. Thank you, Tracey!
