Spirited little practice which gets right into some balancing poses but doesn't feel forced or rushed. I loved the specific instructions for side crow....now I just need to practice it some more. Thank you, Tracey!

Loved this practice - didn't have much time, but what a lot I got out of 30 minutes being guided through the practice by Tracey. Side crow is not going to happen any time soon though!!

This class was the perfect balance between relaxing your body and pushing it just enough to feel your muscles the next day. I will definitely do this one again!
