Tracey guides you through some hip opening, shoulder strengthening and twisting before taking you into side crow. It's a fun vinyasa flow with a little bit of everything!

Thank you Tracey, I feel spacious and grounded at the same time. Even though I can't do side crow, the preparation for it really stretches out sore hips. Wonderful
pacing for this flow, I never feel rushed during your classes and your cueing is unobtrusive and soothing.

I've been on here for I don't know how many years and this might be my first post. This is such a lovely flow, nice variety, nice pace. I just feel happy when I'm done and that says a lot because I hurt my back over the summer and wasn't able to do any physical activity other than walking for a good 6 months (and I'm a lifelong runner, intermediate yogi and triathlon finisher!). I'm finally in a place to find my strength and this video is a joyous achievement for me--especially during quarantine (on Long Island NY--the current epicenter of this pandemic). So grateful. Spirited little practice which gets right into some balancing poses but doesn't feel forced or rushed. I loved the specific instructions for side crow....now I just need to practice it some more. Thank you, Tracey!

I plan to do this class often to build balance and strength in a good amount of time. Such great flow variations of poses that are obtainable but that I know I can grow to do better. I just wish she'd shown regular crow pose or even the "cheating" side crow since that's not going to happen for me right away. But that's just one pose to modify in an otherwise perfect class.

I did this class after my typical run and it felt sooo good! I’m a beginner/intermediate and found this class the perfect level for me. I did not attempt side crow and instead opted to practice normal crow pose, so it’s definitely a class that’s adjustable depending on your ability.

I really enjoyed this class...reading through the comments, I wish I had just practiced with playing with standard crow, I just didn't think of it at the time! I'm a long way from side crow, but standard may have been more fun for me to play with. This was great- even after a busy day!

Beautiful practice and flow. While it was a challenge to float to side, this class helped me strengthen the standard crow. Any other tips to float to side? I’ll keep playing. Love your classes Tracy.

Hi, I'm so glad you enjoyed the flow and playing in side crow does strengthen our standard crow for sure. Floating up into side crow is an ability to deeper the core muscles for flight, and space inside the twist. Tips to play further are keep practicing your twists, any variation whether seated or standing and add in deep core work. A slow steady awareness of core activities in every pose, and throughout the transitions also assists in finding lightness and grace. Hope that helps!
