This class starts off with the quote “Our own life has to be our message” from Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh. We explore the idea that everything we do, on the mat and in the rest of our lives, is a reflection of our message and what is important to us. Join Jonni-Lyn for a quick paced vinyasa flow which gets into the hips and explores full lotus or padmasana in a few different positions. If full lotus is not in your practice, please use half lotus or easy pose/sukhasana. Always respect your knees!
