Yay! An intermediate Hatha class. Very much like a vinyasa class but not at break neck speed. Lots of sun salutations. No warrior poses. No balancing poses. Lunges and planks and camel pose. Nice pace. Good for strength.
-
Nice side stretches. Feels very good.
-
-
This is a good morning wake up. Definitely vinyasa. Lots of flow. Lots of chateranga to upward dog. My wrists are feeling it a little bit. Covers the whole body.

Good balancing poses. Nice calming practice.

Quick stretch
-
Great Hatha class which is a good overall stretch. Quick too! They changed it to an intermediate class, which makes more sense to me. A flow class that is slower in tempo, but not too fast, not too slow. Good when time is short.
-
Great and quick
This is now listed as intermediate. -

Great class for strength, flexibility and balance. Do often.
Starts slow, almost meditative.
Very mindful.
Great balances.
Time moves quickly.
A great Saturday practice -
Great class! Slow enough to enjoy, but seems to touch entire body. Short savasana. A very mindful practice.
I keep skipping it because I usually want something shorter, but this is definitely worth the time!
-
Quick, full body morning practice. Not a calming Hatha, but very energizing. Lots of backbends.
Starts with sun salutations. Includes a couple balance poses. Backbends near the end. -
Another challenge
-
Great for midday
-
Quick. Great breath work. Very nice after a workout.
-
This was SO hard. If I did it often, I think it would go a long way towards strengthening my arms for arm balances. Much more intermediate to advanced rather than challenging beginner.
-
Do often for it band
-
Another practice to help my knees. Stretches places I didn’t even know were tight!
-
Completely seated. Good stretches for hips.

A week of getting back to basics.

Might be good for Rick. Trying for my IT band.

Perfect quick morning class. Some stretches, some balance and some meditation. All in 20 minutes!

Great class for when there is little time and space. I need to practice often and memorize for when I’m traveling. Could be done anywhere. No mat needed.
-
Great full body yoga. Goes quickly
-
Good class Builds heat. Good Yin portion.
-
I want to do this soon.
-
I did not plan to bookmark this or even like it, but it is a great morning wake-up yoga. I’m more of a Hatha girl, but this had all the elements: breath work, sun salutations, even an inversion, as well as savasana and meditation. Will do again!
-
A nice flow, but slow and mindful. Good for mindfulness and strength.
-
Challenging. Heat inducing. Total body.
-
I’m going to work to do this as soon as I find a wall.
-
Great for anytime you need an energy boost. This should be my afternoon go to.
-
Great core and leg work. I usually don’t like power yoga/vinyasa, but this was a great class.
-
Good stretches but also amazing strength work as well as some balance work. Return often.
