One omment here - I cannot see half moon pose as a beginners pose and also warrior 3 is more difficult and when it is moving like here even more so. I believe that this set should be labelled intermediate .

Great to remind yogis of breath work and core work when balancing!

I love the core sequences in the beginning as you prepare to work on the balances. As someone with a lot of back issues, I found this very helpful! Thank you, Melissa for sharing this practice. Your clear instructions make it possible for me to listen and complete the work without having to shift my gaze or open my eyes (if they're closed.) :)

That was incredible. After balancing one million things and one all day at work I felt drawn to balance things out on the mat as well. Thank you so much. I will definitely do this video again.
