Designed as a hands free practice, this class with Rachel is perfect for people working with shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries who still want a powerful and engaged practice. We will explore twists and lunges that engage and strengthen the legs, hips and spine.

My hands were a bit sore from some other classes so thought I'd try this one to give them a break. Wow! My hips and lower back were on fire with this class but that just showed they were tight. Enjoyed it! Thanks.
Love these 2 classes Rachel thank you. I have returned to these a few times now to give my shoulders and elbows a break. Please could we have more like this on DYWM!!
Fun Class. Thank you Rachel, waterfall grabbing opposite elbows, but the reverse way was refreshing. This is great for my wrists.
Thank you! I would love more wrist-free practices!
Excellent practice of strength. Refreshing as well!
Definitely not easy even though there is no floor work - way to work the legs!
My first class with you...loved it!
Thank you so much :)
This is such a fun practice for my lunch break - thank you!
A while ago I suggested a shoulder-free yoga class in Rachel’s Instagram, so glad to see it materialized!
After a subluxation a couple years ago my shoulders hurt every once in a while and this class definitely delivered a challenge while preserving them from further injury and allowing them to heal. Thank you, Rachel!
What a fun class! I love it. Thank you
Hi, Rachel,
In previewing this workout, it looks great for someone with subluxed shoulders and right wrist and radial hardware. But is it wise to do with (right) Morton's neuroma?
Thank you, and please keep up the good work!
Hi Lisa! I'm not a medical professional, so unfortunately don't have the knowledge to advise on particular conditions. My personal, non-medical perspective is that Morton's neuroma seems to affect the feet, so this class would likely be as challenging as a typical yoga class.
I would consult with your medical provider ~ I'm sorry, I wish I could offer something more substantive!
I love the wrist free classes. Rachel is great!
What a great practice. I feel warm of body and mind. Thank you.
My pleasure, so happy it hit the spot!
Thank you for the lovely class Rachel, it was just what I needed as I have been working from home for a while and my hips regularly ache. Perfect class for over a lunch time
My pleasure! I'm so happy that it helps - yes, we all need some desk relief!! :)

YAY!!!! That's awesome - it's a perfect fit!!:)
Wonderful class. I really need to strengthen my legs and back and it's nice to have a vinyasa-free class every now and then.
~Thank you
Tweaked my shoulder and was so glad to see this practice! Perfect to keep me in my practice while giving my body time to heal.
I'm glad it supports your healing and yoga journey /\ :)
a new go to for me
Thank you, Rachel, for a challenge that still feels accessible!
My pleasure!! Glad it hits the spot :)
A fun practice with LOTS of glute and leg poses.
Rachel is such a great teacher/guide for this practice. And, she has a GREAT sense of humor.
Only 30 minutes but you will feel it.
<3 :)
Thanks Rachel. You could tag this a great 'post vaccine' practice for anybody with a sore arm.
That works :)
Amazing as usual. Thank you Rachel!
So welcome Jill!!
Glad you enjoyed ~ :)
This is a wonderful morning routine, just the right balance of movement and pauses.
