Quick Morning Flow

Join Jonni-Lyn for this short but full practice to start your day off right! It includes the pranayama’s of kapalabhati and nadi shodhana, a warm up, sun salutations, a few asanas to energize you, followed by savasana and seated meditation. Note: This practice is intermediate/advanced as the pranayamas are not taught in detail but lead.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 9 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I really like this morning practice, though I still have to replace a few of the movements. I like the fact it includes breathing and flow and some good core practise all in one.
Have been off of the mat for about 2 months. What a fantastic way to come back! Thank you
not my ideal morning practice. Doing those breath exercises at the beginning of a practice is new to me as opposed to doing it at the end and was very difficult to do compared to at the end. The rest of the practice felt rushed. I know it's a short practice but other similar class lengths are slower and wake me up more.
not just for mornings...i was having a sluggish afternoon....i'm charged now. ty for your practice jonni-lyn
