Just what I needed today to wake me up and clear my foggy head. Really nice!
What a lovely gentle wake up! Thank you
Great class any time of day. Thank you!
Perfect start in the morning, thank you!
This was fast paced and just the right amount of challenging.
This was fast paced and just the right amount of challenging.
This class moved to fast for me, I didn't feel I could take the time to feel my body in each pose.
I appreciate how you spend time on each pose. The pace of the class encouraged concentration. And reverence
perfect! thank you so much!
thank you great class
I enjoyed this class so much! It combined many of my favorite stretches along with short bursts of meditation. Loved it!
Great way to start the morning
Perfect class to start your day!
Beautiful class, a perfect start to my day!
I love this class! Thank you
Nice little wakeup to get going. Namaste Jonni-Lyn.
This was fun! I tried this as a miday pick-me-up, and I'm so glad I did. I feel energized and grounded, and ready to go on with my day.
Such a delightful class! I'm loving this 30-Day Daily Dose Challenge as it is exposing me to classes I maybe may never have selected on my own. This is a complete, thorough, little class that I'm sure I'll turn to often. (Especially as I want to practice pranayama more often, but never do.) I feel so good now & ready for my day. [Note: As far as the level of this class, I consider myself Beg/Intermediate I & this class was totally fine for me except I did modify shoulder stand and plough to "waterfall" and happy baby.]
Amazingly efficient class! This is for me a perfectly portable class for wake up while traveling and on the go!
I just felt rushed through the movement part of this class. It wasn't that I couldn't keep up and I appreciate that it's a short practice, but more time to absorb the
salutations and twists would have helped me loosen up.
Great morning class!! I love how you honored breathwork at the beginning and meditation at the end. Nice blend of asanas! Thank you so much!!
Great class!
Just enough of everything, thank you
Feeling overwhelmed by what was facing me today, I decided to start my day with this practice and it was nourishing, grounding and better than a cup of coffee to help me feel centered. The pranayamas made me feel clear, open and calm. Thank you, Jonni-Lyn.
Thank you very much, Jonny, for this beautiful and refreshing class. I spend many hours before a computer, and this class helps me to open the upper part of the body. The pranayama work is both energizing and calming. Namaste!
Beautiful flow to the session and wonderful way to start the day! Thank you Jonni.
This class felt more foundational than intermediate. A nice flow of breath-work, sun salutations, and mediation, but no real variations or challenge.
this is a beautiful way to start the day! I love the flow from the breath work to the asanas, ending in meditation. A short practice that never feels rushed but manages to pack a lot in. Thanks!
.
Thank you the breathing segments are strangely difficult and warming. I like the pace of this class.
Pardon the question, but I just have to ask: your arms look really strong; is that just from yoga or do you exercise with weights?
Great class - packed with stuff - energizing and grounding in equal measure! Love the balletic style of Jonni-Lyn's movements. Only the second class of Jonni-Lyn's I've done - but she's becoming a go to favourite.
Thank you! I really appreciate the structure and all of the ground covered in an organized way. Such a great start for the day.
I really like the combination of breathing and movement. This class seems to cover it all!
At age 81, not too bad shape, but needing to get back into yoga--this is a PERFECT, well -paced and appropriately challenging and varied routine!!! Thank you, Jonn-Lynn!!

Great class, covers all those needful areas in a short video!
I babysit my grandson and don't usually have a great deal of time..... this is great while he takes his morning nap. I do feel my body is awakened to take on the day. thank you!!
Thank you! Really lovely morning flow. And something I can memorize! :)
Lovely class when you are short of time. I am sure I will be doing it again! Thank you
Really love this class- such a well rounded practise and it is so great to start with Pranayama and end with the meditation. The asana sequence really stretches out the body and mind and takes away any morning aches and pains. It has left me feeling really energised and full of positivity for the rest of the day. Thank you!
I loved this practice and each element within it. Each of the breathing techniques in one spot brought awareness of the benefits in a way I have not experienced before. I feel more centered, grounded and stretched and all in 30 minutes. Thank you!
Excellent class for my equestrian body! Hit every joint and muscle that is TIGHT from my lifestyle. I must be honest though, I scrolled past the breath work. I know I need to incorporate things like that into my practice and journey but I’m here for the stretching and mobility more than anything.
lovely new favourite!
Lovely way to start the day. I was a bit uncertain that I was limber enough being fresh out of bed but felt great at the end. Thanks for such a peaceful session.
Bookmarked! This was the best use of 30 minutes of my time. Such a well-rounded class that includes wonderful elements to start out the morning. I love the way Jonni-Lyn teaches. Thank you so much.
I'm a beginner and decided to give this class a go, since I'm familiar with pranayamas and thought I would be able to follow it, but in my case it wasn't a good idea. I think this class is rightly ranked as intermediate/advanced, not only because the pranayamas are not taught, but also because of the asanas, which are'nt taught either (at least not the way a beginner would need it.) And please don't get me wrong, I'n not saying this is not a good class, just warning others beginners who, like me, still feel more at ease with other kinds of class, more encouraging, and more pedagogical, if I may put it this way. I know I have to progress, and I'm trying to, but prefer doing it through a "lesson" on more complicated asanas than trying to work my way through a lead flow that leaves me feeling clumsy and inadequate. Luckily, this site has classes to suit every need, so no complaining at all, just making my point since someone suggested all levels could do or work on this otherwise beautiful flow. Just looking forward to progress enought to be able to enjoy it one day!
Lovely way to start the day. Thank you Jonni-lyn
What a beautiful morning flow.
A nice practice for the morning as stated. I like the breath work in the beginning and the short meditation at the end too.
It is a nice way to start the day. And, while intermediate, I believe all levels can do this / work on doing this practice.
