Wow! I really see how this particular set of movements can help me. Thank you for including the energy work you bring to your workouts.
Exactly what I needed at the end of a long day mostly through a very long week. I feel calm but energized--and it took such little time. Thank you for sharing you gifts with us, Guy. Namaste.
beautiful practice, very grounding!
I love this class. I use it as my morning start. Guy is a great teacher!

I like this class and will be coming back to it regularly, in addition to my Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice. I like your easy and clear instruction. It’s very enjoyable.
I am loving this. blessed be
Gloomy Saturday morning here in Florida. I'm happy I have four walls around me, but I'm getting a bit tired of looking at them! Thanks, Guy, for helping me feel more energetic.
This is a lovely, sort of Tai Chi, practice.
It is one that I will use in my teachings and for my person practice - referring to it often.
And, like always, Guy is a great teacher/guide.
Great for any level!
Wow, that was fun. Thanks Guy
Thanks, Guy. What an interesting class! I don’t know anything about Qigong except from your classes with certain fused elements . I appreciated the last putting hands on belly with danchan - helped me to better understand why the manipura is related to will and decisions, I associated how a full or empty stomach might affect energy and will on a basic level. Looking forward to more classes with you and hopefully more of the Vinyasa Krama Style too. Thanks! Anna
I agree with you!!
