I love this short, stretchy, and energizing class! Its a go-to when I'm short on time. I agree with other reviewers that it would be great to get a yummy 40 or yummy 60 that expands on this great class. Rachel is one of my favorite instructors!

This remains one of my favorite classes no matter how many others I complete (and like very much!). This is the perfect way to get in a full-body flow when I don't have much time. I agree with another commenter though and find myself wishing there was a longer version of this class (40-60 min) for when I have more time. Rachel's descriptions are so clear and easy to follow that I am able to keep my eyes closed during most of the class, allowing me to focus more on my breath. Thank you so much for this class, Rachel!

As someone new to yoga (I've been using this site for the last 9 months) I really enjoyed the flow and movement of this class and have been practising it daily. Is there any possibility of a similar class, but one that's longer? 45 mins or an hour?
