Yummy and profound. Rachel’s voice and pace have a clear intention: to help her students connect with themselves. Her soothing voice and clear, stedy instructions transmit just how focused she is. One can’t help but follow along and go deep into the self. This class is incredibly grounding. There’s huge value in these 20 minutes. At the end of class I could only think: “You are deeply loved, you are infinitely blessed” True feeling of connectedness.

Nice relaxing morning stretch
This is so effective. It's like a celebration of movement through the whole flow! No hurrying through it, great pacing and wonderful stretches and openings before you required the side twists. I enjoyed every moment. Thank you.
Love, love this class - gentle, thorough and truly yummy. For the first time today, out of the corner of my eye, I caught Rachel's form in the transition from downward dog to forward fold. Check it out at 14:10!! My hop forward is just a tad noisier. You're an inspiration, yogi!!

There were so many videos to choose from and I selected Rachel's because of her simple background and the 20 min. length. She gives excellent directions and really helps you stretch and know the right breathing pattern. It was perfect for me as a beginner.

I love this short, stretchy, and energizing class! Its a go-to when I'm short on time. I agree with other reviewers that it would be great to get a yummy 40 or yummy 60 that expands on this great class. Rachel is one of my favorite instructors!

This remains one of my favorite classes no matter how many others I complete (and like very much!). This is the perfect way to get in a full-body flow when I don't have much time. I agree with another commenter though and find myself wishing there was a longer version of this class (40-60 min) for when I have more time. Rachel's descriptions are so clear and easy to follow that I am able to keep my eyes closed during most of the class, allowing me to focus more on my breath. Thank you so much for this class, Rachel!

As someone new to yoga (I've been using this site for the last 9 months) I really enjoyed the flow and movement of this class and have been practising it daily. Is there any possibility of a similar class, but one that's longer? 45 mins or an hour?
Also...can you tell me what 'style' of yoga this is? Is it Hatha?

This may only be 20 mins, but I love this class. It's my go to class when short of time, but in need of a class that still challenges. Rachel's expert tuition guides smooth transitions between the postures, with me taking extra time for shavasana when I can to savour the sense of space that's created and preparing me for the day ahead. Thank you Rachel.

This was my first time doing this practice and man was it a work out. My legs were shaking but it felt so good! I can't wait to keep doing this one and (hopefully) find it easier and easier. Perfect amount of challenge although it did move a little quickly for a beginner.
