I have committed to doing yoga everyday for a YEAR!! I come back to this sesh again and again, because it's so yummy when I need a break, but still want to get my practice in for the day. I tend to do it after I've done a harder class the day before, and it's so perfect. Self-care indeed!

Congratulations and I hope you will even continue past this year! I have been doing yoga almost daily for seven years - and even some meditation or light stretches in a train, plane, car, but somehow it has been doable and one of the best changes in my life. Enjoy!

Thanks!! My goal is to do it everyday for the rest of my LIFE, but one year seems more manageable. :) It's a habit now, like brushing my teeth, and I can't imagine not doing it.
