This final day of our challenge is a juicy one! It will help you to slow down, stretch the tight places, and invite you back home to yourself. It can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 14 of Embrace The Micropractice: 14-Day Beginner Challenge.
I have committed to doing yoga everyday for a YEAR!! I come back to this sesh again and again, because it's so yummy when I need a break, but still want to get my practice in for the day. I tend to do it after I've done a harder class the day before, and it's so perfect. Self-care indeed!
Congratulations and I hope you will even continue past this year! I have been doing yoga almost daily for seven years - and even some meditation or light stretches in a train, plane, car, but somehow it has been doable and one of the best changes in my life. Enjoy!
Thank you. I believe this practice, which I often do when I am stressed, overwhelmed and rushed is truly helping me preventing a burnout. It is just so good and effective. Would love to have a series like that with different lengths, eg 20/30min ?
This micropractice series really fills a niche on the DYWM site. These are effective, efficient and a lot of fun.
May turn my husband into a yoga enthusiast and won't give me any excuses not to do at least some yoga every day. Thanks for this series Rachel.
