This was my first class with Ron. I found it to be good yet a little too fast-paced in the instructions. I felt rushed. I look forward to taking another with him to see if his pace is the same or a little slower.

This was my third class with Ron. What a wonderful teacher. I was familiar with the poses in this class but his transitions were new to me and I really enjoyed that. I also enjoy Ron's calm style with just a bit of humour here and there. Thank you!
