Ron pushes the limits of a beginner hatha yoga class with this fun, challenging flow. His dancing background forms a strong element of this class, so get ready to move and explore your body in unique ways. Foot balances, backbends, twists, forward folds and lots of great openers for the legs, hips and shoulders make this a very satisfying hatha yoga flow class. Enjoy.

Just what I needed

I am a 67 year old returning to yoga after a long hiatus. This class was challenging yet accessible. Someone said, "unpretentious" and I would agree. Ron's voice and calm instruction lead you to gently stay tuned in to the body. I enjoyed the reminders of being aware of the left side/right side. Thank you Ron...

So glad I chose to try this class this morning. Ron's style of dance into each pose is so much fun. I'll be smiling all day :)

Flow'n Ease

What a deliciously delightful flowing (yay, not static!) dancing movement.
Such a sweet surprise to re-discovered this one - and Ron's unique style - always naturally alive.
Thank you Ron!
