I have had TMJ issues for years. I did this class regularly when it first came out and the results were amazing! More relief than the physical therapist and I just didn’t want to go the Botox route. I felt so good I quit doing it! This week I was having trouble opening my mouth wide enough in the morning to eat! Today was especially painful so I did this again and found relief. I will continue to do it daily again until I am back to forgetting I need to do it! Thanks so much!!

Wonderful. I have come to often rely on your neck and shoulder stretches, but had never found this class. It was like an antidote for an issue I did not realize I had.
