In this short class, David takes you through a series of exercises that help you release the tension in your face, jaw, head and neck, relieving the symptoms of TMJ and chronic neck pain. You will learn how to massage, trigger point, stretch and relax the key muscles that are causing you discomfort.

This class is wonderful. I have it saved now so I will add it to my daily practice. I have had a headache for a week or so trying to adjust to new glasses. This class helps to relieve that pain as well. Thank you David!

Amazing class! Thank you so much David. So soothing and relaxing. Woke up with a headache and after this class it had disappeared. :) Will continue over the next week to see if I can release all the tensions I have accumulated.
