Great practice for a day when I had just a little time for yoga. This is the first class of Jonni-Lyn’s I’ve done, and it will be bookmarked. I also plan to search for more of her classes because I like her teaching style. It is similar to the style of a studio teacher I had several years ago.

6/26/20 Briskly-moving practice that squeezes a nice sequence of poses into 17 minutes. I appreciated the other comments about the twist missing on the left side - I was able to fit it in before moving into puppy pose. I like this instructor's down-to-earth delivery. Thank you.

Exactly what I needed, and exactly what the title promises: A wonderful recharge practice, esp. for 'sitters' . So much shift in less than 20 min.

Wonderful practice, joyful yet serious and rigorous. Excellent paced and guided, specially loved the musicality of her directions while breathing. One of my favorites for sure.
Its a wonderful short enlivening, vitalizing practice at a good pase. She is sweet empathic and gentle while giving a good stamina to the lesson. All I need in the middle of my day.
A nice, short practice to do anytime during your day to lift your spirits and make you feel good.
Can be done by a beginner or advance yogi.
Thank you for your wonderful sessions. This is my second with you and it was perfect! I so much appreciate and comprehend your associations to our humanness (e.g. the many hats we wear, etc). And your explanations, where to place hands, even the direction of my thumbs - spot on! Very important for an online video when you can‘t always look to see what the instructor is doing.

What a rejuvenating and restorative class! Thanks Jonni Lyn for your guidance. For the others, there is one sage twist omitted on the left side right before puppy/half down dog towards the end. If you know it is coming, you can sneak it in.
