Though I've practiced yoga for quite some time, I always get a new key insight from Jonni-Lyn (e.g. perspective, form, awareness, approach, process...) that reawakens a curiosity in things I've otherwise "desensitized" to, so to speak. That is to say, she always brings something I've never heard from anyone else, and that immediately and permanantly sticks with me. Her teaching is wonderfully unique and it never ceases to amaze me.

Great teacher. This is just the right mix of vigor, clarity, and balance for a short (and not hectic) yoga session.
