6/26/20 Briskly-moving practice that squeezes a nice sequence of poses into 17 minutes. I appreciated the other comments about the twist missing on the left side - I was able to fit it in before moving into puppy pose. I like this instructor's down-to-earth delivery. Thank you.

Hi there, Just noting that there is a twist at 12.30 that is only on one side (unless I missed it). Nice class though, thank you!

Yeah, I was wondering about the twist on the left side too! I'm glad I wasn't going crazy...:) Good class though.
