Guy invites you to move from active to relaxed, from warm to cool and from busy to calm in his Yang-into-Yin slow flow practice. It begins with a series of warming movements, flows into several shorter standing poses and then drops down to the floor for a juicy sequence of longer held Yin poses. This is a great practice to help dissipate the busyness of your day and drop into relaxation.

a nice yin yang balance
This class is a beautiful blend of warming movements that are challenging due to the length of the hold, and yin postures to let go and relax the muscles. Thank you!
more longer hold "yang" or hatha classes for intermediate level please
Nice one. Saving it to my private collection "Yin/Yang Practices."
Excellent Challenge Sequence
thank you Guy. Love your manner, soothing voice and approach to yoga. I have my 'guy' (we are seniors) doing many of your classes and really enjoying the experience.
Such a great class! Excellent way to end the school year.
What an amazing class. stronger than it looks! A beautiful way to wake up. Thank you
Finished the 14 day challenge. Another great lesson in a series of enjoyable classes. I love your style Guy and hope there will be more challenges coming up. I find the beginning centering section vital to starting a lesson and most of the other teachers don't tend to fit this in on a regular basis. Love the chimes and also the martial slant to the lesson which makes it interesting.
This was a wonderful contrast of yang and yin, giving me a completely different take on the practice. I’ve usually associated the yang side with a flow from asana to asana. Here though, the energy for the yang is conscious muscular effort to strongly hold a pose. Nice!
Great challenge, thank you Guy!
A great end to a wonderful 14 day challenge - this one was surprisingly demanding, but very rewarding - I felt sooooo relaxed at the end. Love your teaching style too Guy. Like a few others I will be taking away the phrase "Don't panic, it's only yoga!" Thanks :-)
What a great transition from Yang to Yin! I do love the variation of Warrior 1 and not spilling the teacups - great visuals and holding these poses really gave me time to engage the muscles and finally let go. Thank you!
Thank you Guy for this Yang to Yin practice, which I've found myself returning to again and again over the past few months.
Om Shanti
I've thoroughly enjoyed Guy's 14 day challenge. Some days were more challenging than others, every day made me feel good. Love his style and speed. In fact I've enjoyed it so much so I'm going to do it all over again.
Very interesting to explore Yang and Yin in one class. Thank you,I enjoyed it especially the Yang (must be my mood today).
Thanks Guy for a great two week challenge. The poses were just challenging enough, not too hard, not too easy. I like your suggestion, "Don't panic, it's just yoga." It makes me feel more relaxed when I'm struggling with a pose.
What a satisfying practice. Thank you
Beautiful expression of both strength and relaxing in this time! Namaste!
Thank you Guy. I am new comer here ( and yoga) but I find your sessions very helpful and well guided.
Thanks for a great 2 week challenge, Guy! I so appreciated your pacing, flow, encouragement, and your occasional wobbles :) "Relax, it's only yoga!" is my favourite saying!!
loved the variations on Warrior I.
Thank you for this lovely practise, Guy. I loved holding the poses long enough to experience them fully.
This was a very relaxing, gentle class. Just what my cranky back needed. I loved the sweet variations on basic poses. Thank you, Guy for another awesome class. It made me smile and I know I 'll sleep better tonight because of it!
