In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. It includes a variety of elements including shoulders, hips, knees, balancing, sitting, transitions, breath awareness and body awareness.

This was the perfect class for me today. I have been experiencing a bit of chaos, for lack of a better term, in the heart area and a hardness in the abdomen. This practice really centered me and made most of that experience settle. Thanks so much for an awesome class. I love the pace and the cues.
