In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. It includes a variety of elements including shoulders, hips, knees, balancing, sitting, transitions, breath awareness and body awareness.

I usually go for intermediate or advanced 1 classes on DYWM and this was surprisingly challenging for me in the best way. I picked it because I've let my practice drop a bit lately, but I feel that this class would be a valuable part of my practice even when I am fitter. It really held my focus and covered the whole body. Thanks for introducing me to Archer Pose. Feeling the post-yoga bliss! Great class! Thank you, Guy!

A very enjoyable class, that side stretch with both arms reaching is intense, a wonderful stretch and balance rolled into one.
I am used to seeing instructors mirroring the students so I lost my lefts and rights a couple of times.
I will do this again I am sure.
