In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. It includes a variety of elements including shoulders, hips, knees, balancing, sitting, transitions, breath awareness and body awareness.

Thank you for a perfect class for me. I have years of yoga experience. I have been doing pilates for the last 12 months instead of yoga. I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in my lower back however I'm seeing an exercise physiolosist and know how to modify my practice. I am doing strength training as well at a bone clinic supervised by the exercise physiologist. Loved this class!!!

Thank you for the class Guy! This is exactly what I needed today. This class is described as Yoga for Seniors, but I'm 31 and it was perfect for me. Especially considering that I've been rehabbing my foot for the past month due to a surgery I had. I needed a slower moving class that still made me feel strong by engaging all my muscles. This class was perfect. I was able to modify certain movements, but didn't need to modify the whole class, which made me feel like my foot is getting better!

I want to note that the equipment needed for this class, as noted, is not updated. We didn't use a block, chair, or a bolster. There's no equipment needed for this class other than a mat. So, that needs to be updated when possible.

After years of sporadic classes I am trying to do yoga consistently on my own and your classes are a great help. This one really made my day, which wasn't going very well.

This is my first class with Guy and i really enjoyed it. I was in the mood for a slower class but still a little challenge. Guy totally delivered. I loved the bell at the begining and also listening to Guy's deep voice. He is very soothing.
