His goal is to help you understand what is pleasurable on your mat, so that you are better able to find and cultivate pleasure in other areas of your life.

This is a happy an d pleasing practice. Pay attention - I had to listen a little more and not watch as much when Ron gave cues.
This is a fluid practice and makes you feel good.

I loved this class so much! I have been enjoying the few classes I have taken with Ron Stewart, and I can't wait to delve into more of his offerings! I really was able to sink into the pleasure in each movement and holding place in the poses, and I felt more in the moment than I have in a long time. I have been feeling some anxiety bubbling under the surface lately, worries about various things and situations, and this yoga practice helped me to realize that pleasure can be found in this moment.

Felt lighter, stronger and straighter after this class. I've been hoping for another class from Ron and this was great. I did some of the same poses this week in other classes but somehow Ron (always) manages to make those same poses and transitions feel effortless. Thank you :)

The cues about pleasure were so helpful - I noticed the postures where my habvit of attending to the form has somehow put a limit on how muich I let myself feel in those moments. Really great exploration - thank you.

Thank you for this wonderful class, and especially for the guided instruction in the beginning on cultivating the freedom to feel pleasure vs. strain. That was exactly the motivation I needed today. I couldn't follow you all the way because as I was going on my body was sending me to different stretches due to some hip pains. I paused, did some prolonged stretches and then got back with you. In essence, I kept my practice longer than the video because of particular needs. I am so glad I was able to continue for at least 1 hour. Thank you again for such a great class.
