I loved this class. Exactly what I needed today. It lifted my mood. Will be looking for the full series of sustaining lifelong wellness through yoga. Hopefully it has more challenging classes. Thank you so much, Guy

Just joined you for LIfelong Mental Fitness class. Thank you so very much. It lifted my covid-virus-shut-in-mood greatly this morning. Also in artwork am trying to use non dominant hand frequently. This can only be an encouragement for that.

This was a fun practice. I think there should be more mental fitness videos along with a search category for them. It would be great for in between physically challenging days.
