Have some fun in this class as Guy guides you through a series of mentally stimulating cross-body movements. These movements are aimed at activating and building neural pathways between the two hemispheres of your brain.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

Really like the focusing attention on each side of body. Thanks for permission not to perfect a stance but to find ourselves in it. Wobbling is the body brain figuring it out. Ha!
