Perfect for all levels, this gentle practice focuses on side bends and stretching out the sides of your torso. Note: You will need a block for this class.

Thank you, Melissa. This series has been the perfect way to ease back into a regular practice. The pace, the options (after a shoulder injury, often I don't know how to adjust) and the gentle flow leave me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for the rest of the day.

Melissa's practices are just perfect. Complete body workout with a specific focus, and her cues make it easy for me to adjust the practice to whatever level of challenge suits me today.
It took me 3 tries, but today I finally made it all the way through this video!

Lovely class ! I had "discovered" supported bridge pose with leg extended on my own, before seeing it in any yoga video. It's such a sweet relief for my hip flexor; I do it often. Adding the crescent/banana shape to it was an extra-special treat for both my hip flexor and my IT band.
I am loving this series. I look forward to this every day. I find that doing this in the morning helps me stay in focus better and pace my energy better through the day.
