David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

Thank you so much for this excellent video. The quiet outdoor setting is perfect for this class. I am a peace-loving, outdoor-enjoying person who lives in a state that is politically deeply divided right now. Even though I don’t watch television, the Internet headlines are difficult to ignore and have been somewhat stressful. This class is exactly what I need, and I will be returning to it often.

I am really enjoying trying out David's classes. This seems like a good one for a late afternoon or evening practice. Although I was familiar with the poses, I learned some new things. David has a way of connecting with us through the screen, and has a nice calm voice with a touch of humour. Recommended!

Great session. I especially loved the breath of joy. Not sure what it was but it shifted something deep in me, and had me grinning, even laughing, with a joy I felt deep in my heart. It was more deep rooted than the usual superficial laughs or smiles we have - more genuine, more true. Thank you.
