Rachel's inversion challenge takes you on a seven day journey that will help you to build your confidence in practicing the iconic inversions of the yoga practice.
In her practical and fun style, Rachel methodically prepares and educates your body to safely explore inversions like handstand, forearm stand, headstand, and shoulderstand. Choose a single class to focus on a single inversion, or journey through all seven days and solidify your understanding of these fun, challenging poses.
Note: All of these classes require a wall and some also require yoga props, such as a block or strap. If you need a prop for the class, it will be listed below the instructor's name.
