Holds poses for a long time although nothing is really difficult it does get hard on legs. cross legged downdog is a bit strange

really nice and fun class with challenging but largely manageable balances

nice and short

good with very long held stretches quite relaxing, need to watch closely as I did the same leg twice at one point. good for a lunchtime or after work

nice straightforward moves good for a short evening session

really good for after work or late lunchtime. Warms you up a bit as well
